In 2022, Zynergy successfully implemented the installation of the inaugural DC mesh grid in Zambia, in collaboration with Solar Worx Germany, a leading product developer, and EEP Africa, the project's primary financiers. This mini-grid project currently provides electricity to approximately 315 residents in the Mwembeshi Village. Zynergy is responsible for overseeing the sales and revenue generation associated with the utility service provided in the area.
On a consultancy basis, Zynergy has been engaged to collect and analyze data concerning the operations of over 30 Waste Water Management Plants in Upper Egypt to pinpoint areas for power usage optimization.
Installed and maintained a series of power systems for FSIO's commercial office buildings, with a cumulative capacity of 30kW, catering to a workforce of more than 350 employees. Given the company's round-the-clock operations, reliable power infrastructure is integral to sustaining their core activities.
Designed a 50kW system to provide power to a honey processing facility in Lusaka, The bespoke system will work autonomously from the electricity utility and will create significant savings on energy bills for the client. Zynergy Initiatives will go on to oversee its installation.
Successfully completed the installation of a comprehensive power system for the Angolan Consulate located in Solwezi, ensuring seamless and reliable energy supply for their operations.
In 2024, Zynergy Initiatives were subcontracted to implement the design and installation of a 100kVA solar power generation system to benefit over 500 households in Shangombo district.
